Environmental Services Sr. Project Manager/ Geologist – Long Beach CA

E2 ManageTech (E2) is looking for an energetic team player located in Southern California to join the Long Beach Office. The candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of environmental consulting experience, specifically with Project Management of Site Investigation and Remediation projects. The candidate will be registered in the State of California as a Professional Geologist. The qualified candidate will be a self-starter, have an internal sense of responsibility, and possess excellent organization and communication skills. The candidate should also have a demonstrated willingness to help grow a practice and the office.

Specific duties for this position include:

  • Leading the management of site investigation and remediation projects.
  • Be the primary client project interface and participate in the growth of clients and vertical sectors.
  • Act in the capacity of a true “doer seller”. This means managing projects, working with sales staff to develop new business, and evolving existing clients for repeat business
  • Develop and mentor staff, as appropriate.

Interested candidates should have a strong record of managing and expanding client accounts, and/or demonstrated growth in a practice or office. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of a BS in Geology, from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 9 years of environmental consulting experience, with a minimum of 3 years documented project management.

  • Hands on prior work experience conducting site investigation and remediation projects.

E2 ManageTech (E2) is seeking a Jr. Application Developer / Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience in relational databases, compiled programming languages, business analyst skills and would work well in a consulting and team setting.

Typical Job Tasks Include:

  • Report building and analysis using industry standard reporting tools.
  • Design and develop scalable and reusable code.
  • Design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to provide complex software enhancements for enterprise information systems.
  • Write design documents to aid in maintenance and code reuse in accordance with team processes and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews in accordance to standards.
  • Coordinate the implementation of database application components.

E2 ManageTech (E2) is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their growing company in the area of environmental software services. Interested candidates should have a strong record of bringing in and expanding client accounts in a B2B environment. The position will ideally be located in the Northeast (New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania); however a “virtual” assignment is also a consideration.

The ideal candidate will have either: 1) specific experience selling software services, and ideally, environmental software services; will understand and be experienced in complex sales; know how to sell to a technical audience (engineers/scientists and information technology professionals); or 2) a technical Environmental Health & Safety Management Information Systems (EMIS) background with a desire and interest to transition to sales and a willingness to learn the sales process.

The qualified candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, comfortable learning new skills, confident with prospecting, qualifying and managing prospective client relationships. Excellent technology, writing, and organizational skills are required as well as a committed work ethic. The qualified candidate must have a “can-do” attitude.
