2016 User Group Theme: It’s Not About the Software!
How can two companies implement the same product and have vastly different opinions about the products’ success (as defined by user acceptance and satisfaction)? Process and people make a greater difference in user acceptance than product. Speakers will share their personal experiences, positive or negative, that have shaped user acceptance and satisfaction.

Since this is a user to user forum, we encourage information sharing! Please answer the following question: If you only knew then, what you know now… what is the most important advice you would give?

In keeping with our 2016 user group theme – what do you consider most critical in the success of an EMIS: People, Process or Technology… and why?

If you have already completed the implementation of an EMIS, do you believe your organization saw sufficient business value from it? Please explain.

In the deployment of your EMIS, what was most challenging to manage: Cost, Schedule or Budget? Why?
