E2 conducted discovery workshops, collected functional and technical requirements, evaluated existing systems, identified a number of potential commercial Environmental Health and Safety Management Information Systems (EMIS) products for further evaluation. E2 developed a request for proposal process and prepared the evaluation criteria, software demonstration guidelines and demo evaluation criteria and facilitated on-site vendor demonstrations, resulting in the selection of Enablon to replace a significant portion of AbbVie’s EHS IT portfolio.
E2 created a 2-year strategic plan detailing the phased implementation of Enablon, replacement of numerous existing systems, and integration to existing systems to remain in place.
E2 was then retained to manage and conduct the phased Enablon implementation and roll-out within the required 2-year window including the following functionality: EHS incident management, key performance indicators/metrics, greenhouse gas reporting and audit/inspection management. Activities supported by E2 include project management, configuration specifications, system configuration, data gathering/cleansing and loading, testing, training, and roll-out.
